Man cited for assault in Jamaica

JAMAICA – Vermont State Police responded to a report of domestic violence on Route 100 in Jamaica on April 1 at around 6:40 p.m.

Troopers from the Westminster Barracks arrived at the scene and found that Joseph Domenick Jr, 53, had assaulted a family member.

Domenick was transported to the Westminster Barracks where he was issued a citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on April 3.

The Vermont State Police does not release the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.

No further information has been released at this time.
