BRIDPORT — A 30-year-old man from New York was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Bridport yesterday.
The crash took place on Vermont Route 22A, near the intersection with Hemenway Road, at around 7:15 p.m.
According to the report, Adam Eller, of New York, NY, was traveling north when he crossed the centerline, overturned, and hit a telephone pole.
Police say the cause of the crash was that Eller left the road due to traveling too fast for the rainy conditions.
No injuries resulted.
