Single-vehicle DUI crash in Londonderry

LONDONDERRY – A driver was taken into custody on suspicion of DUI after a single vehicle crash on Route 11 in Londonderry.

The incident occurred on March 23, at approximately 3:33 a.m., when the Vermont State Police received a report of a crash in the area of Route 11 and Thompsonburg Road.

Upon investigation, it was found that Kevin Young, 27, of Chester, the operator of the vehicle, showed signs of impairment.

He was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Westminster Barracks for processing.

Young was later released and cited to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on April 11, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. to answer to the DUI charge.
