Man cited for exposing himself at stores in Albany and Craftsbury

ALBANY – Joshua Keement, 35, of Brownington, was cited into court on charges of lewd and lascivious conduct at two stores in Albany and Craftsbury.

On March 22, the Orleans County Sheriff Department received a call from an employee at The Genny Albany store in Albany, reporting a male in the store had exposed his penis before leaving in a black Ford.

The department received a second call from The Craftsbury General Store, where the same male was reportedly exposing himself.

A cashier was able to capture a photo of the truck and license plate.

Keement was identified as the suspect after further investigation.

He faces two felony charges of lewd and lascivious conduct.

Keement was scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court Orleans Criminal Division today at 12:30 p.m. for court action.
