CONCORD – A box truck rollover on I-89 south in the city of Concord, resulted in the closure of all lanes of traffic for approximately 45 minutes yesterday.
According to police the crash occurred at approximately 2:39 p.m. when the box truck rolled over and came to rest on its side, blocking all lanes of traffic just south of Exit 2.
The truck was the only vehicle involved in the crash, and the operator and a passenger were transported to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Traffic in the area was affected for approximately two hours while crews removed the truck and cleaned up the scene.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
