Lyndonville police searching for missing woman

LYNDONVILLE – The Lyndonville Police Department is currently searching for Elizabeth Pierce, a 37-year-old woman who has been missing since Sunday, March 19.

Pierce left Lyndonville that day to go to Barre and was scheduled to return that evening.

However, she made contact with a family member that evening, saying she was in the area of Plainfield on her way back.

She has not been seen or heard from since.

Pierce was last seen driving a grey 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander with Vermont registration KAY 180.

The Lyndonville Police are asking anyone who knows her whereabouts or who has seen her to contact them at 802-626-1271.

The community is also being asked to keep an eye out for Pierce’s vehicle, as it may provide clues to her whereabouts.

Anyone who sees the vehicle is asked to contact the police immediately.

The Lyndonville Police Department is working with other law enforcement agencies in the area to locate Pierce and bring her home safely.
