ENOSBURG- A 21-year-old St. Albans resident has been cited to appear in court after allegedly assaulting a 48-year-old Enosburg woman.
According to a report from the Vermont State Police, True Walden is accused of assaulting Cristal Allain at a residence on Sampsonville Road in Enosburg on March 10, at around 5:00 p.m.
Allain reportedly refused medical attention for non-life threatening injuries.
Walden is facing a charge of simple Assault and is scheduled to appear in Franklin County Superior Court.
The Vermont State Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
