Snow blower stolen in Derby

DERBY — Police are investigating a theft that occurred in Derby last month.

Authorities say they were notified of a stolen snow blower from a home at the Derby Mobile Home Park off US Route 5 at around 2:00 a.m. on Feb. 12.

Robert McTheeny, 70, of Derby, told police that his black and grey Craftsman snow blower was stolen between 2:00 a.m and 11:00 p.m. that day.

At this time, it is unknown who took the snow blower.

Police say the snow blower has been reported to have been seen in Newport City.
