ST. JOHNSBURY — A 35-year-old man was arrested for his second DUI in St. Johnsbury yesterday.
Authorities say they were notified of an intoxicated man that had arrived at a home and caused a disturbance on Crepeault Hill Road at around 7:20 p.m.
Police say they located the man, identified as Brock Garand, of St. Johnsbury.
Following an investigation, police allege Garand operated a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol on a public highway before arriving at the home.
Garand was placed under arrest and brought to the Vermont State Police St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.
