BARTON — A 37-year-old man was cited for violation condition of release following an incident in Barton on Thursday.
Authorities say they were notified of a possible conditions violation at a home located on Leblanc Road at around 12:25 p.m.
Troopers spoke to the complainant, who reported Brent Bapp, of Barton, had been at the home, violating court-ordered conditions of release.
Following an investigation, police found that Bapp had violated active conditions of release ordered by the court.
He was issued a citation to appear in court for the charge.
