BETHEL — A 28-year-old man from Hartland was cited in Bethel on Thursday.
Authorities were notified of an ongoing violation of conditions of release on Vermont 107 at around 5:50 p.m.
Police say that Micheal Branch was in violation of conditions of release for a domestic assault.
He was also found to be obstructing justice.
He was cited to appear in court.
