ORLEANS — A 41-year-old man was arrested for domestic assault following an incident in Orleans yesterday.
Authorities were notified of the assault on Church Street at around 1:10 a.m.
Police allege that Jesse Owen, of Orleans, physically harmed his significant other.
Owens was located and taken into custody at the Derby barracks.
He was released with court-ordered conditions of release.
He is facing charges of domestic assault and was scheduled to appear in court today.
