HARTFORD — A 36-year-old man from White River Junction was cited following an incident in Hartford early this morning.
Police say they initiated a traffic stop on I-89 south at around 12:45 a.m.
According to the report, it was found that the driver, Ryan Vonschoick, was under the influence of intoxicants and was in possession of cocaine.
Vonschoick was transported to Hartford Police Department for processing.
He was released with a citation to appear in court on May 3 for the charges.
