Rollover crash in Springfield shuts down I-91

SPRINGFIELD — Police responded to a single-vehicle rollover crash in Springfield yesterday.

The crash took place on Interstate 91 north at mile marker 45, at around 7:00 a.m.

A 2017 white Ford F-250 was seen on its roof, blocking both lanes of travel.

The vehicle was equipped with plumbing/heating supplies, which had been thrown across the interstate as a result of the crash.

The driver, identified as Ryan Poling, of New Hampshire, was able to get out of the vehicle and suffered only minor cuts as a result of the crash.

As a result of the crash Interstate 91 was shut down for a short period of time.
