GRAFTON — A 84-year-old man from Rockingham was involved in a single-vehicle crash in Grafton yesterday.

The crash took place on Route 121 at around 11:30 a.m.

A 2011 Chevrolet Silverado was seen partially down an embankment, and emergency workers were extracting the driver, identified as Paul Nobles, out of the vehicle.

Nobles was traveling on Route 121 when he began to feel dizzy and passed out.

As he came upon a construction zone, the front end of the vehicle hit the leg of Bobby Jones, 45, of Bennington, who was working as a flagger.

Jones suffered an abrasion to his right leg and declined medical treatment on scene.

Nobles was transported to Grace Cottage Hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
