2 cats recovered, 2 still missing after burglary in Derby Line

DERBY LINE — A juvenile has been cited into court for burglary following an incident in Derby Line over the weekend.

Police say they were notified on Sunday that someone entered a residence on Elm Street and stole four cats.

Two baby kittens were recovered and returned to their owner on Monday, but police say the other two cats are still missing.

According to the report, the offender was identified and cited into juvenile court for the crime of burglary.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen the two cats pictured in the photo to call 802-334-8881.
