Burglary in Irasburg, firearms stolen

IRASBURG — A home was burglarized in Irasburg on Saturday.

Police say the incident took place in the area of Vermont Route 58.

Entry was forced into the residence and several firearms were stolen along with other miscellaneous items.

According to police, two subjects were identified in the burglary and physical evidence was collected from the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.

Police have not released the names of the suspects, but are asking anyone with information that may help the investigation to call trooper Ferrier at 802-334-8881.
