LONG BEACH TOWNSHIP, NJ — A man has been charged in connection with a 2024 burglary in the Brant Beach section of Long Beach Township.
Vito Anderson, 40, of Atlantic City, was charged March 13 with burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
Officers from the Long Beach Township Police Department responded March 14, 2024, to a residence for a report of a burglary and theft.
An individual forcibly broke a locked door, entered the residence and took multiple valuable items, police said.
The Long Beach Township Police Department Detective Bureau assisted in the investigation.
After an extensive investigation that included DNA analysis, officers and detectives identified Anderson as a suspect.
Anderson is lodged in Atlantic County Jail on charges from multiple other jurisdictions.
