BATAVIA, NY — The Genesee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking a 41-year-old man on multiple felony charges.
Taheed M. Moffett of Batavia is wanted on charges of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree.
Authorities warn the public not to attempt to apprehend Moffett.
