PENN YAN, NY — A man was arrested on an active warrant for criminal mischief in the third degree.
Donald I. James III was taken into custody by Penn Yan Police on a warrant issued out of Penn Yan Village Court.
Police allege James intentionally damaged property at a local business, causing more than $300 in damages.
James was arrested at the Steuben County Jail and transported to the Penn Yan Police Department for processing.
He was then taken to the Yates County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
