MIDDLETOWN, PA — Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg arrested an 18-year-old man in Franklin County on Feb. 9, 2026.
Gabrial Graham, of Pennsylvania, was arrested on charges of strangulation and simple assault.
Police charged Graham after an incident at a residence in the 100 block of Spruce Street.
Police allege Graham assaulted his grandmother during an argument.
A warrant was issued for Graham’s arrest on Friday, Dec. 12, by Magisterial District Judge David 12-2-03.
The Middletown Borough Police Department was the holding department for the warrant.
