ST. ALBANS, VT — State Police arrested a man on a disorderly conduct charge in Fairfax on Monday.
Richard Lavoie, 36, of Fairfax, was taken into custody at approximately 3 p.m. on School Street.
Police said they responded to an address on School Street to investigate a prior theft complaint.
While at the scene, Lavoie became disorderly toward troopers and was subsequently arrested, according to police.
Lavoie was transported to the State Police Barracks in St. Albans where he was processed.
He was released on a citation to appear in Franklin County Court on April 14.
