PITTSBURGH, PA — A teenager wanted in connection with two separate shooting incidents has been arrested by authorities.
Marcell Fields, 18, of Pittsburgh, was taken into custody on Feb. 16, 2026, by Pittsburgh Police Fugitive Apprehension Unit detectives and the U.S. Marshals Service Western Pennsylvania Fugitive Task Force.
The arrest was made in coordination with the Violent Crime Division, SWAT, Intel, PBP Drone Unit, and Zone 5 patrol and plainclothes detectives.
Fields was wanted by Pittsburgh Police for a shooting on Oct. 25 in the 7200 block of Frankstown Avenue.
He was also wanted by Port Authority of Allegheny County Police for a separate shooting that occurred on Oct. 26 at the Wilkinsburg Park and Ride Bus Station.
Pittsburgh Police charged Fields with aggravated assault, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of a firearm by a minor and recklessly endangering another person.
Port Authority charged him with criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault, criminal conspiracy, firearms not to be carried without a license, possession of a firearm by a minor and recklessly endangering another person.
Fields is being held at the Allegheny County Jail.
