SOUTHBOROUGH, MA — A Leominster woman has been identified as the victim of a fatal head-on collision on Turnpike Road.
Crystal Johnson Clementi, 37, of Leominster, died as a result of the crash on Feb. 19.
Preliminary evidence gathered from the scene is consistent with a head-on collision involving a second vehicle traveling in the opposite direction on Turnpike Road.
The driver of the second vehicle remains hospitalized.
Investigators are gathering evidence, conducting interviews and pursuing leads.
The crash remains under investigation by the Southborough Police Department, Central Mass Law Enforcement Council and the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office.
