WAREHAM, MA — A joint investigation by multiple law enforcement agencies resulted in the arrest of a Wareham man on drug trafficking charges.
Taylor Fernandes, 37, of Wareham, was arrested Feb. 20, 2026, after police served a narcotics-related search warrant at a residence in Wareham.
The Wareham Police Criminal Investigation Division, along with members of the Patrol Division and Plymouth Police Department, conducted the operation.
The investigation resulted in the seizure of large quantities of suspected fentanyl, cocaine, various pills, drug-related paraphernalia and a large amount of U.S. currency.
Fernandes was charged with trafficking fentanyl, trafficking cocaine and trafficking heroin/morphine/opium.
The investigation involved the Wareham Police Department, Plymouth Police Department K-9 Unit and the Massachusetts State Police.
Fernandes’ bail was set at $2,500.
He is scheduled to be arraigned at Wareham Fourth District Court on Monday, Feb. 23, 2026.
