PENN YAN, NY — Police arrested a 16-year-old on charges of sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child following an incident that occurred in the village earlier this month.
The adolescent allegedly engaged in sexual activity with a 13-year-old.
The suspect was issued an appearance ticket to respond to Yates County Probation at a later date to answer the charges.
