RICHFORD, VT — A Richford woman was arrested on an active warrant during a traffic stop on Noyes Street.
Troopers conducted the traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation at approximately 8:50 p.m. on Feb. 18, 2026.
During the investigation, troopers made contact with Kyly Ott, 23, of Richford, who was known to have an active warrant for her arrest.
Ott was taken into custody and transported to Chittenden Regional Correctional Facility in South Burlington, where she was held on $1,000 bail.
She was additionally issued a flash citation ordering her to appear before the Franklin County Criminal Court on Feb. 19, 2026, at 1 p.m.
The active warrant contained charges of felony grand larceny over $900, felony vehicle operation without owner consent aggravated, and two counts of misdemeanor false pretenses or false tokens $900 or less.
