NORTH FRANKLIN TOWNSHIP, PA — A man wanted on domestic violence charges was apprehended by authorities on Feb. 2, 2026.
Derric Mason, 54, of Washington, was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Warrant Unit.
Mason was wanted on a Washington County bench warrant for felony strangulation, simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment.
The charges stemmed from a domestic violence incident that occurred in July 2025.
Mason was lodged in the Washington County Correctional Facility.
