RICHFORD, VT — Vermont State Police arrested a local man on drunken driving charges following an ATV crash Monday evening.
Troopers from the St. Albans barracks responded to a report of an ATV crash on Main Street at 7:16 p.m.
Upon arrival, troopers identified the operator as Allen Locke, 48, of Richford, and observed indicators of impairment.
Locke was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence.
He was issued a citation for DUI refusal and driving with a criminally suspended license.
