WINDSOR, VT — A Springfield woman wanted on a warrant was arrested Sunday following a multi-agency search.

Ashley Ragucci, 35, of Springfield, was located and arrested by the Windsor Police Department, according to Windsor County Sheriff Ryan Palmer.

Ragucci had been wanted since failing to appear for a court hearing on Jan. 6.

She was originally arrested on Jan. 5 at 1:46 p.m. after Sheriff Palmer observed a vehicle leaving a known drug house on Mace Hill in Hartland.

Palmer conducted a traffic stop and identified Ragucci as one of the occupants.

She had an active in-state warrant at the time.

Ragucci was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia during the stop.

She was transported to the Woodstock courthouse, where her bail was struck due to capacity constraints and she was issued a citation to return to court the following day.

When Ragucci failed to appear for her Jan. 6 hearing, another warrant was issued for her arrest.
