ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ — Emergency crews responded to a motor vehicle accident on Mt. Hope Avenue near Struble Lane yesterday evening.
Headquarters dispatched Companies 2 and 4, along with the Chiefs, to the scene at approximately 7:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, patrol units found a single vehicle approximately 100 feet off the roadway, partially in the water.
The driver had exited the vehicle before emergency services arrived.
EMS evaluated the patient on scene.
The Fire Department remained on location providing assistance and standing by until a tow company removed the vehicle.
Rescue 4, Chief 1, Deputy Chief (C2) and EMS 92 responded to the incident.
