DELHI, NY — A Bloomville man was arrested Wednesday in connection with a sexual assault reported to police four days earlier.
Zachary M. Mattice, 31, of Bloomville, was taken into custody by the Delhi Police Department on Dec. 31 following an investigation into a sexual assault reported on Dec. 27.
Mattice was charged with rape in the first degree, sexual abuse in the first degree, forcible touching and unlawful imprisonment in the second degree.
He was taken into custody without incident and remanded to the Delaware County Jail.
Mattice is being held pending arraignment at Delaware County Centralized Arraignment Part Court.
