ROSENDALE, NY — The Rosendale Police Department arrested a local man on multiple charges Dec. 29.
Lawrence Brown III, 32, of Rosendale, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, a felony.
He was also charged with circumventing an ignition control device, a misdemeanor; unlawful fleeing a police officer, a misdemeanor; reckless driving, a misdemeanor; and speed not reasonable or prudent, a violation.
Brown was arraigned in Ulster County CAP Court.
He is scheduled to appear in the Town of Rosendale Court at a later date.
