LEROY, NY — A driver was arrested early Sunday morning after being found partially blocking the southbound lane of Route 19 with their vehicle, according to the LeRoy Police Department.
Police said Officer Filipiak was on patrol when he discovered the vehicle around 2:45 a.m.
Following an investigation, officers determined the driver had made a late-night trip to Rochester for drugs.
Authorities said the driver was found to be impaired.
Police said dangerous drugs were seized from the vehicle.
The driver, whose name and age were not immediately released, faces charges including driving while intoxicated and drug possession.
