ELLICOTTVILLE, NY — Two people were arrested following a drug investigation on Dec. 18.
Dana W. Hall, 36, and Amelia I. Grabowski, 34, were taken into custody at about 2:52 p.m., according to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office.
The arrests followed an investigation by the Ellicottville Police Department and the Southern Tier Regional Drug Task Force.
The task force consists of members from the Cattaraugus County Sheriff’s Office and Salamanca Police Department.
Hall was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Grabowski was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.
Both were processed and arraigned at the Town of Ellicottville Court.
They were released and are due to appear in court at a later date.
