Woman charged with DWI in Clarendon

CLARENDON, NY — The Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged a Holley woman with driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop on Dec. 10.

Alicia Canne was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Ability Impaired by Alcohol, Drive Left of Pavement Markings, Failed to Keep Right, and No Distinctive/Insecure Plates.

The charges followed a traffic stop in the Town of Clarendon.

In other arrests, the Orleans County Sheriff’s Office charged Jodirae Cox of Holley with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated BAC .08% or More, Driving While Ability Impaired By Drugs and Alcohol Combined, and Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent on Dec. 11.

The charges followed an investigation into a motor vehicle accident in October in the Town of Clarendon.

On Dec. 6, Kimberly Jacobs of Medina was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Parked on Pavement and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test following an investigation into a vehicle parked in the roadway in the Town of Ridgeway.

On Dec. 4, Bethany Jarvie of Rochester was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated BAC .08% or More, and Parked on Pavement following an investigation into a vehicle parked in the roadway in the Town of Kendall.

On Nov. 30, Thomas McDowell of Medina was charged with Trespass following an investigation in the Town of Shelby.

On Nov. 29, Amanda Clemons-Whited of Holley was charged with Aggravated Harassment of an Employee by an Inmate and Harassment 2nd- Hate Crime following an investigation at the Orleans County Jail.

On Nov. 24, Clemons-Whited was charged with three counts of Criminal Contempt 2nd and Harassment 2nd following an investigation in the Orleans County Jail.

On Nov. 23, Clemons-Whited was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd following an investigation in the Town of Clarendon.

On Nov. 20, Danielle Weaver of Rochester was charged with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd and Obstruction of Governmental Administration 2nd following an arrest warrant issued out of the Town of Clarendon.

On Nov. 17, Erica Davis of Niagara Falls was charged with Possessing Dangerous Prison Contraband 1st and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 5th- Cocaine following an investigation at the Orleans County Jail.

On Nov. 15, Delbert Brocious of Albion was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Keep Right, Move from Lane Unsafely, Driving on Shoulder of Roadway, Open Container of an Alcoholic Beverage in a Motor Vehicle, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test following a traffic stop in the Town of Gaines.

On Nov. 12, Nicholas Horn of Albion was charged with Promote/Possess Obscene Material 3rd and Endangering the Welfare of a Child following an investigation in the Town of Albion.

On Nov. 12, James Blackburn of Medina was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While Intoxicated BAC .08% or More, Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent, and Moved From Lane Unsafely following a motor vehicle accident in the Town of Murray.
