ONEIDA, NY — The Oneida City Police Department reported multiple arrests and citations between Dec. 11 and Dec. 17.
On Dec. 11, Kenneth A. Bean, of Oneida, was issued a criminal summons for harassment second-degree.
Brian P. Grems, of Durhamville, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny and criminal trespass third-degree.
On Dec. 14, Colin P. Chesebro, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for failure to obey a traffic device, unlicensed operator and aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree.
David L. Havener was issued an appearance ticket for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle third-degree.
He was also issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree:alcohol and circumventing an ignition interlock device.
Chester P. Soto, of Canastota, was issued traffic tickets for failure to stop at a stop sign, operating an uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree.
On Dec. 15, Vincent S. Bort, of Durhamville, was issued an appearance ticket for false personation.
Loren J. Searl, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
Kenneth D. Welch, of Oneida, was arrested for four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance seventh-degree.
On Dec. 16, Abdulrahman N. Alawdi, of Syracuse, was arrested for two counts of criminal mischief third-degree.
Carson D. Allen, of Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for petit larceny.
He also received an appearance ticket for criminal mischief fourth-degree.
Billie A. Vonkrusze, of Cato, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree, aggravated unlicensed operation second-degree:alcohol, unlicensed operator and improper left turn.
Robert L. Greathouse, of Rome, was issued traffic tickets for aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration.
Howard W. Lum, of Oneida, was arrested on an arrest warrant for criminal trespass second-degree.
Jared L. Rogers, of Utica, was arrested for sex offender failure to report a change of address.
On Dec. 17, Joshua M. Bordell, of Oneida, was issued traffic tickets for operating an uninspected motor vehicle and aggravated unlicensed operation third-degree.
