RICHFORD, VT — Vermont State Police troopers responded to a property dispute on Main Street on Dec. 16 at approximately 2:48 p.m.
The dispute involved Ashley Laplante, 33, of Richford, and Kasey Vincelette, 37, of Richford.
Troopers from the St. Albans Barracks determined that Laplante was violating a court-ordered contact restriction that prohibited her from having any contact with Vincelette.
Following an investigation, Laplante was issued a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Dec. 17 at 1 p.m.
She was charged with violation of conditions of release.
