WOODSTOCK, VT — A New Hampshire man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs after police observed a vehicle traveling the wrong way on the green.
Jacob A. Dunham, 33, of Monroe, New Hampshire, was stopped by the Woodstock Police Department at 8:09 p.m. on Dec. 13.
Officer Arora observed the vehicle traveling the wrong way on the green in the village.
During the stop, police determined Dunham showed signs of impairment.
Dunham was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of drugs.
He was transported to Mt. Ascutney Hospital for injuries sustained prior to the motor vehicle stop.
Dunham was issued a criminal citation to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windsor Criminal Division, on Feb. 3, 2026, at 8:30 a.m.
