CLAREMONT, NH — The Claremont Police Department executed an arrest warrant and search warrant on Dec. 11.
Kruse Pittman, 47, of Claremont, was charged with one count of possession of child sexual abuse images.
The charge stems from an investigation that started in 2023.
The New Hampshire Internet Crimes Against Children task force received a recent cyber tip that was linked to Pittman.
Additional charges regarding the recent cyber tip are expected.
Pittman was held at the Sullivan County House of Corrections.
He was scheduled to appear before the 5th Circuit District Division Court-Claremont on Dec. 12.
The investigation was conducted with the assistance of the NH ICAC task force, a multi-agency group of law enforcement officers who conduct proactive and reactive investigations into predators seeking to exploit and victimize children through the use of computers and the internet.
