GREENFIELD, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash Monday at 2:32 p.m. on South Greenfield Road.
Investigation into the collision resulted in the arrest of David M. Gregson, 58, of Corinth, for DWI and failing to keep right.
Gregson is accused of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and of failing to operate his vehicle upon the right half of the roadway.
He had been traveling south on South Greenfield Road when he exited the left side of the roadway, then reentered the roadway and overturned several times.
Gregson was transported to Saratoga Hospital by the Saratoga Springs Fire Department for evaluation and treatment of apparently non-life-threatening injuries.
There were no other vehicles or persons involved.
He was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Greenfield Town Court.
