HALFMOON, NY — A 44-year-old man was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with criminal mischief in the third degree.
Mark W. Galietta, of Milton, is accused of smashing an office building’s window with a golf club on Oct. 17.
The damage to the window reportedly exceeded $250.
Galietta was released on an appearance ticket at the direction of Halfmoon Town Court Judge Katherine Suchocki pending further proceedings.
