Woman arrested on DWI charge in Halfmoon

HALFMOON, NY — A woman was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge Friday night after being found slumped over her steering wheel at a Stewart’s Shop on Guideboard Road.

The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to the call at 8:56 p.m.

Judith K. Iannuzzo, 56, of Waterford, was charged with DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor.

She was also charged with consuming an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle on a public highway and refusing to take a preliminary breath test at the request of a police officer, both infractions.

Iannuzzo is accused of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.

She allegedly refused the chemical test.

Iannuzzo was arraigned before the Honorable Joseph V. Fodera in Halfmoon Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending further proceedings.
