ONONDAGA COUNTY, NY — Authorities are searching for a 43-year-old woman who disappeared after leaving a hospital.
Jacqueline Chiodo was discharged from Upstate Community Hospital around 1 p.m. Thursday but did not take her scheduled Uber ride, according to the Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office.
She was last seen walking on West Seneca Turnpike wearing green pants and a purple jacket.
Chiodo is described as 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
The Sheriff’s Office is asking anyone who has seen Chiodo or has information about her whereabouts to call 315-425-2111 or 911.
