GREENFIELD, NY — A woman was arrested on a DWI charge following a single-vehicle crash in October.
The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a motor vehicle crash at 10:39 p.m. on Oct. 17 on state Route 9N.
Megan L. Haberek, 42, of Corinth, was charged with driving while intoxicated, an unclassified misdemeanor, and speed not reasonable and prudent, an infraction.
Haberek is accused of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition and of operating her vehicle at a speed that was greater than was reasonable and prudent under the conditions.
Her vehicle reportedly left the roadway and struck trees.
There were no other vehicles involved in the crash.
Haberek was unable to be processed on the charges until Nov. 6, at which time she was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Greenfield Town Court.
