Woman arrested on warrant in Penn Yan

PENN YAN, NY — A Dundee woman was arrested on a warrant after failing to appear in court multiple times, police said.

Aubrey S. Asbrand, 31, of Dundee, was charged with failure to respond to an appearance ticket, according to Penn Yan Police Department.

Asbrand failed to appear in Penn Yan Village Court on four separate dates, police said.

She was originally charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree on March 26.

Asbrand missed court dates on April 14, May 19, June 23 and July 28, police said.

She was issued an appearance ticket on the new charge.
