BALLSTON SPA, NY — The Sheriff’s Office responded to an unknown motor vehicle crash Sunday at 7:25 p.m. on Middle Line Road in the town of Milton.
Investigation in the incident resulted in the arrest of the following person for DWI (unclassified misdemeanor) and moving from lane unsafely (infraction).
Anthony J. Prastos, 20, of Ballston Spa, is accused of operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition.
He is also charged with moving his vehicle from his lane without first ascertaining that he could do so safely.
His vehicle had been traveling north on Middle Line Road when it struck a guardrail, overturned in a ditch and struck a tree.
He was transported to Saratoga Hospital by Community EMS for evaluation and treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
Prastos was released on appearance tickets pending proceedings in Milton Town Court.
