FLORHAM PARK, NJ — Police used a drone to locate and apprehend a burglary suspect on the roof of a commercial building off Hanover Road.
The incident occurred when Florham Park Police Sgt. Jared Orgel responded to a burglary in progress at a large commercial business.
The suspects fled when Sgt. Orgel arrived at the scene.
Sgt. Orgel requested assistance from East Hanover Police Department Drone Officer Pasquale LaBracio.
Officer LaBracio responded and deployed his drone to search the area.
The drone located the suspect on the roof of the building.
The suspect was taken into custody with assistance from the drone footage.
