BEACHWOOD, NJ — Police are investigating an accidental shooting at a gun shop Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to Freedom Firearms Unlimited at 11:11 a.m. for a report of a gunshot wound, according to the Beachwood Police Department.
The victim suffered a wrist injury and was listed in stable condition.
A preliminary investigation indicates an accidental discharge occurred at the shop, located at 1800 Double Trouble Road.
Police said there is no threat or risk to the public.
The investigation is ongoing.
