Three arrested in separate incidents in Batavia

BATAVIA, NY — Police made four arrests in separate incidents over a two-week period in October, including charges ranging from larceny to burglary.

Savatore Dellapenna, 57, of Batavia, was arrested Oct. 13 for fourth-degree grand larceny after allegedly stealing an iPhone from another person’s shopping cart at Tops grocery store.

He was issued an appearance ticket and released.

In the most serious incident, Tierrance J. Davis, 38, of Batavia, was arrested Oct. 7 for second-degree burglary and first-degree criminal contempt.

Police allege Davis was inside a residence in violation of an order of protection.

He was also arrested on an unrelated bench warrant. Davis was arraigned in Batavia City Court and remanded to the Genesee County Jail.

Jessica R. Radka, 39, of Batavia, was arrested Oct. 9 on an arrest warrant for petit larceny.

Police allege Radka stole merchandise from Quicklee’s on Oak Street on Sept. 22. She was arraigned in Batavia City Court and released.
